Roland’s great passion is cooking. The dishes from L’ Arc en Ciel’s kitchen are pure. Roland cooks with mostly organic products from the region, bought in the daily fresh markets and from local suppliers.

Dinner

If you would like to join us at our table for a delicious 3-course dinner, please let us know in time! We will be happy to reserve a place for you. We cook burgundy with a nice piece of meat or fish. Do you prefer vegetarian or other wishes? Be sure to let us know and we will gladly take them into account.

For the 3-course dinner, we charge € 30 per person, excluding drinks. Also ask about our wine list, for delicious Alsace and Burgundy wines!

Lunch and drinks

We can prepare a packed lunch for you on the way. And do you return tired from your tour of the Vosges after a day? We offer a wide choice of delicacies with a good glass of wine.

We can add extra beds. For children up to 11 years € 17,50 and from 12 years € 25,- per night. These amounts include breakfast.
Pets are welcome (€ 5 per day).

On the day of arrival, your room is available from 16:00. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the room by 10.00 a.m. at the latest. Exceptions can of course be made by mutual agreement.
